Important: If you downloaded XoftSpy and you're still having problems removing about blank, this may mean you have a new variant of about blank. Please submit submit a log file to XoftSpy. This is the fastest and best way to remove your about blank variant.
I cannot stress this enough. Follow these directions if you want to remove your variant of about blank.
XoftSpy software is designed to detect and remove spyware,
adware, malware, trojans, hijackers, and pop-ups. XoftSpy does its best to update their database
on a regular basis to keep up with the ongoing threats. Occasionally, XoftSpy software
is unable to immediately remove certain threats as the vendor of the Spyware
has recently changed its properties and variants to elude Xoftspy.
If you have purchased XoftSpy, to help XoftSpy better assist you in removing the spyware,
please send them your computer logs to their technical team to analyze and review by doing the following:

Ensure you are connected to the Internet

Open XoftSpy program

Click Backup List on the XoftSpy Menu

Click Email Log File
-
Click on the latest XoftSpy log
-
Type in all the details of your issue

Send the email
Please note:
If you are unable to send an email of your computer logs
and details of your problem after going through the steps
above, then please do the following:

Open XoftSpy program and select Backup List on the left menu.

Click on the Logs button.

Right Click on the latest XoftSpy log and then click Send To > Desktop (create shortcut)

Log into your regular email account, type in all the details of your problem, attach your XoftSpy log from your desktop (labeled Shortcut to XoftSpy log) and send the email to logs@paretologic.com
Registration Code is invalid
I have run the scan, purchased the XoftSpy product and entered the license key but a message comes up stating that the key is invalid.
Solution:
If you have purchased XoftSpy and an error message is coming up stating your license key is invalid, then please contact helpdesk@paretologic.com
